Steps to success:
1) The OBD2 dongle will not show an active connection in your Bluetooth menu on your phone. It is connected even if it doesn't appear to be. It automatically forms a connection when you are using an app or will be requested to be found when using the app for the first time.
2) The Hudly App has a bug at the moment that is causing it to not work with some phones and vehicles. We will have an update out soon to fix that
3) Please try a third-party app like Torque/OBD Fusion or other obd2 vehicle diagnostic apps that you are interested in that do not specifically state they are only compatible with a certain dongle (unless it's Carista, we are compatible with that operating frequency)
4) If the steps above don't work, let me know. We may need to replace your dongle.
