Why did my phone stop charging?

1. If you were driving on a very bumpy road, you may have to re-align the phone on the charging pad
2. If you're driving on a very hot, sunny day, some phones have a temperature control feature that automatically stops charging the phone when exposed to high temperatures. To minimize heat exposure, use the vent mount. You can also continue to use the dashboard mount but make sure you extend the mount so the charging pad is not directly above the dashboard.
