My phone is not charging

• If you are using a phone case, make sure that it does not contain any metal, magnets, card holders, or kickstands. These may interfere with charging. 
• Check to see if your phone is aligned. For best results, use the included alignment tool and place the charging sticker at the optimal point for optimal charging. 
• Check the thickness of the material you are charging through. It must be at minimum 0.6" and maximum 
• The minimum charging distance is 0.5".  This means if you place your phone directly on top of the charger, it will not charge. The charger has been engineered to charge through thick surfaces so placing it directly on top will not work properly.
